Making multiple calls (Cold calling , outbound calls) to potential clients and working with client through the closing process.* Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting and also maintain short and long term business development plans.* Creating positive and long lasting relationship with potential clients.* Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up* Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner* Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes* Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.* Maintaining client activities in CRMQualification :* Should have 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in B2B business development/ sales in service industries .* Proven track record in business development, sales or related role.
