We are an outsourced IT firm specializing in mid/large sized law firms. We are expanding and need additional technical staff to help achieve our vision on a larger scale. Our firm is technically progressive and has a heavy emphasis on cloud, security, and excellent service. We also have a great culture where everyone gets along and has fun. 
 
The prerequisites for the position are: 
 
<ul><li>Friendly and professional customer service skills</li><li>A strong desire to learn and advance in the IT field</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline; or an associate&rsquo;s degree and two years of IT experience. Current Microsoft certifications a plus!</li></ul> 
 
Job duties will include: 
 
<ul><li>Assist end users with Microsoft Office and other applications</li><li>Assist end users with installation of printers, scanners, webcams and other peripherals</li><li>Troubleshooting remote access issues</li><li>Provide mobile device support</li><li>Build new desktop/laptop pcs from image or via automation</li><li>Work on productivity related PowerShell scripts</li><li>Work on endpoint aspects of projects</li><li>Manage end user communications for assigned clients</li><li>Coordinate actions with the Infrastructure Team on assigned clients</li><li>Occasional work at client premises</li></ul>
