We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Content Specialist to manage and enhance our product listings across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Facebook/Instagram Shops. This role combines product listing creation, graphic design, photo/video content editing, and marketplace optimization to ensure every listing performs at its highest potential.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, creating high-quality product visuals, writing compelling descriptions, and keeping all listings updated across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listings &amp; Marketplace Management<ul><li>Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shops.</li><li>Ensure accurate product data: pricing, variations, keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, SEO.</li><li>Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, policy issues, and product categorization.</li><li>Upload new SKUs, update inventory, and keep product pages aligned across all channels.</li></ul>Graphic Design &amp; Creative Content<ul><li>Design lifestyle images, infographics, comparison charts, feature callouts, and Amazon A+ content.</li><li>Edit product photography and improve image backgrounds, lighting, or cropping.</li><li>Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Amazon listings (optional but preferred).</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Analyze listing performance and suggest improvements for CTR, conversion rate, and sales growth.</li><li>Audit listings regularly to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.</li><li>Stay updated on marketplace policy changes and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>2+ years of experience managing e-commerce listings (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)</li><li>Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).</li><li>Ability to create clean, polished product images and graphics.</li><li>Experience writing product copy and optimizing SEO.</li><li>Understanding of marketplace algorithms and best practices.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.</li><li>Knowledge of TikTok Shop and/or Facebook Commerce Manager.</li><li>Video editing skills</li><li>Experience in the lawn, garden, or home improvement category.</li><li>Bonus: Experience with Shopify apps</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for long-term role growth (Marketplace Manager, Creative Lead)</li></ul>Why Work With Us?We are a fast-growing lawn and landscape brand focused on premium, science-backed lawn care products.
