We are a 40-year-old landscaping company seeking an experienced landscape/laborer, Mower, and Yard Manager. Looking for individuals with a good work ethic and a great attitude! If you want an exciting workday with changes of scenery and new projects weekly, then this is the job for you.Duties for a Landscaper/Laborer:<ul><li>Complete landscape installation jobs or grass cutting of high quality in an efficient manner.</li><li>Operate motorized tools and perform tasks such as trimming trees and bushes, applying mulch, digging holes, and spreading fertilizer.</li><li>Maintain a clean/safe job site while assisting in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer.</li><li>Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a valid PA driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift up to 100lbs unassisted</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a variety of weather conditions</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to operate machinery</li><li>Experience is helpful, but not necessary &ndash; we will train the right person</li></ul>Competitive pay, 401K and Profit-Sharing plans plus PTO.
