Lawrence County Developmental Disabilities (LCDD) is a county government agency serving children and adults who are at risk for or have a diagnosed developmental disability. We promote advocacy, inclusion and personal growth. A Service &amp; Support Administrator (SSA) is the primary point of coordination and will empower individuals through the person-centered planning process. Many health benefits, including retirement match of 14%!We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human services (social work, psychology, etc.); have valid driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record; meet acceptable background checks.Training is provided! Flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home after one year. Starting pay is $22.01 per hour and may increase with experience.Many job duties are unique to our industry in Ohio. The SSA:<ul><li>coordinates intake and eligibility for LCDD services to individuals with disabilities;</li><li>assesses individual&rsquo;s needs for services;</li><li>develops the individual service plan; assists in selecting providers;</li><li>monitors individual&rsquo;s satisfaction and need for services;</li><li>assist in establishing budgets for service provision;</li><li>performs in-home visits;</li><li>performs waiver administration duties for individuals enrolled on home and community based services waivers;</li><li>completes service and training documentation in a timely manner;</li><li>completes all agency referrals in a timely manner;</li><li>makes referrals to community agencies and provides follow-up;</li><li>performs 24-hour crisis intervention services as scheduled (on-call rotation schedule).</li></ul>visit our website: www.lawrencedd.orgJob Type: Full-timePay: From $22.01 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
