Position Summary:
</b></p><div>Our team is seeking an experienced <b>Construction Project Superintendent</b>. This position will be responsible for all field operations and management of their assigned project including safety, schedule, manpower, quality and costs from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting while operating within Integrate&rsquo;s culture and core values.</div><div><br>

</li></ul></li><li>Jobsite set-up
</li><li>Four-week look ahead schedule issuance and updates</li><li>
Weekly tool box talks &amp; safety audits</li><li>
Updating of field use and as-built drawings
</li><li>Lost day notifications to PM and Owner</li><li>
Project photos &amp; daily reports</li><li>
Testing / 3rd party report corrections and documentation</li><li>
Scheduling of subcontractors, deliveries, testing firms, permit authorities, etc.
</li><li>Verification of T&amp;M/extra work &amp; authorize additional work
</li><li>Quality reviews</li><li>
Site cleanliness and SWPPP compliance</li><li>
LGP pre-punchlist generation, scheduling and completion</li><li>
Owner/Architect punchlist completion
</li><li>Pre-construction Meetings (Safety, Schedule, Coordination and QC)
</li><li>Double checking for subcontracts and certificates of insurance at start of work for each trade</li><li>
Establish and maintain project survey controls</li><li>
Closeout responsibilities include collection of attic stock and Owner training</li><li> Warranty call responses</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Skills/Knowledge:</b></p><ul><li> 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Superintendent experience, preferably on 10-$30million projects.</li><li> 10+ years journeyman carpenter experience or a Bachelor&rsquo;s in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.</li><li> Commercial Real Estate experience in Medical Lab, Civic/Education, Multifamily/Student Housing, Industrial, or Mixed-use is required.</li><li> Willingness to travel to locations throughout the continental U.S., sometimes with short notice.</li><li> Represent the Company and project teams in a positive manner in all project meetings.</li><li> Able to meet deadlines on multiple projects under different stages of progress in a positive and productive manner.
</li><li> Excellent oral and written skills required.
</li><li> Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.</li><li> All other duties as assigned.</li><li> The most successful candidates demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety, community, quality, sense of urgency, and fun.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
General:</b></p><ul><li> <b>Reporting Relationship: </b>Director of Construction Operations.</li><li> <b>Supervisory Responsibility: </b>Field labor and subcontractors report directly to this position on a project by project basis.</li><li> <b>Work Environment: </b>This job requires 100% field jobsite presence.
</li><li> <b>Physical Demands: </b>Physical labor and lifting upto 100 lbs. may be required for this position. Bending, standing, and regularly walking project jobsites is a requirement. Safety must be top priority as this position operates in potentially hazardous conditions.</li><li> <b>Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: </b>This is a full-time position. Workdays are predominantly Monday-Friday and hours of work vary depending on project size, location, and work deadlines. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
