We are looking for a dependable, organized, and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time.Position Summary The Pediatric Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and families. This role is responsible for creating a positive experience by providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients and families in a warm and professional manner</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments</li><li>Check patients in and out efficiently</li><li>Verify insurance information and collect copays</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system</li><li>Handle forms, e-fax, and medical records requests</li><li>Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming</li><li>Assist providers and staff with administrative duties as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred</li><li>Pediatric office experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer and typing skills</li><li>Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Health insurance options</li></ul>If you enjoy working with children and families and want to be part of a caring healthcare team, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
