PART-TIME IN-PERSON POSITION WITH POTENTIAL TO GO FULL-TIMEDuties: - Provide assistance to a full-time attorney.- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the calendar.- Transcribe dictations and organize various legal documents, maintain calendar, and other miscellaneous projects.- Maintain office organization by filing documents, managing records.Requirements: - Previous experience in a law office or administrative role is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents or information.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
