We&rsquo;re looking for a Field Sales Trainer responsible for leading the development and delivery of educational materials to our sales team and leaders in the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry. Responsible for driving sales employee engagement and retention by improving the effectiveness of sales representatives and managers throughout their employment journey with the Company.</p><p></p><p>
This role will work from a home office and will travel up to five days per month. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.</p><p></p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Works with Subject Matter Experts to deliver highly engaging and interactive sales training programs across various media, including in person and virtual/digital methods of engagement.</li><li>
Responsible for the execution of the sales employee onboarding program, working with sales and corporate stakeholders to ensure on time execution and quality standards of all onboarding components are met.</li><li>
Delivers educational classes and programs in an in-person or virtual atmosphere.</li><li>
Assesses aptitude and provides instant feedback and overall coaching feedback to sales representatives and managers.</li><li>
Employs best-in-class adult learning facilitation and engagement strategies to ensure comprehension and retention of educational materials and skills.</li><li>
Collaborates with various stakeholders from instructional design, field sales, sales operations, marketing, product management, and engineering to craft thoughtful and effective educational content in alignment with the Company's go-to-market and sales strategies.</li></ul><p>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A.) in business, education, or communications is preferred, combined with one or more years of experience working in a corporate or academic education capacity. Past sales experience in the MRO industry is preferred.</li><li>
Willingness to travel for up to 5 days per month</li><li>
Highly literate in all aspects of business technology with in-depth knowledge of MS office products (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), virtual training/education platforms, and business intelligence systems (Microsoft BI preferred)</li><li>
Exceptional knowledge of producing live events using web-based presentation platforms (Teams, Zoom) as a means to collaborate and deliver highly effective virtual training</li><li>
Experience using audio/visual production equipment</li><li>
Exceptional project management skills; ability to plan and sequence work for oneself and other content/design contributors</li><li>
Highly engaging oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Superior ability to facilitate interactive engagements with learners and peers</li><li>
Superior ability to present and impart knowledge with groups of all sizes</li><li>
Highly collaborative; gains alignment across stakeholders to achieve a common goal or vision</li><li>
Familiarity teaching and/or executing a consultative sales process</li><li>
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire excitement and passion in others</li><li>
Committed to continuously improving one's skills and staying current with best practices in the field of adult and sales education</li></ul></div><p></p><div>
Our salary range for this role is $58,100 - $69,700 including a full benefits package.</div><div></div><div><br>
