Job Description:Our Legal AI team is an established and rapidly growing innovator in the legal technology space. We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a talented Digital Media Content Creator to develop, film, and manage short-form video content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.This position is ideal for a creative professional who combines artistic vision with technical expertise and understands how to produce engaging, brand-aligned content that educates, entertains, and drives audience growth.Key Responsibilities:&#9679; Plan, script, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.&#9679; Develop creative concepts and video strategies consistent with the firm&rsquo;s brand andprofessional image.&#9679; Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate complex legal topics into engaging,accessible content.&#9679; Research current social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies to optimize reach and performance.&#9679; Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication.&#9679; Uphold the firm&rsquo;s confidentiality and professional standards in all content production.Qualifications:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.&#9679; Demonstrated expertise in video production and editing using tools such as AdobePremiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.&#9679; Strong understanding of current trends and algorithms on TikTok, Instagram, andYouTube.&#9679; Excellent creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.&#9679; Proven experience managing or growing social media followings for professional orpersonal brands.&#9679; Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.Preferred Experience:&#9679; Prior experience creating digital content for a software company, tech startups, law firm, professional services firm, or educational organization.&#9679; Demonstrated success in building a large audience or community through short-form video.&#9679; Familiarity with marketing analytics, SEO, and audience targeting strategies.&#9679; Graphic design experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
