Our litigation practice focuses on community association litigation, and real estate litigation.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Handling civil litigation cases from beginning to resolution; including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations and trials</li>
<li>Advising clients on covenant enforcement, contract, title disputes, insurance defense and other community association related litigation</li>
<li>Managing court and client deadlines</li>
<li>Communicating and building strong client relationships</li>
<li>Networking with clients and other industry professionals</li>
<li>Working with an experienced support team</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div>Experience in civil litigation is preferred. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and experience in the courtroom.</div>
