<ul><li>Apply your knowledge of transportation</li>
<li>Verify records on incoming shipments</li>
<li>Log shipments into computer</li>
<li>Document preparation</li>
<li>Trouble shoot and correct problems</li>
<li>Record shipment data</li>
<li>Compare shipment contents to manifest, invoice, or order forms</li>
<li>Report any discrepancies to accounting</li>
<li>Inspect trailer temperatures</li>
<li>Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers</li>
<li>Dispatch moves to drivers</li>
<li>Examine product and work to verify conformance specifications</li>
<li>Accurately maintain records</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
