You&rsquo;ll shape our brand voice, lead email marketing and social media strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver content that converts.</div><div>
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Planning</div><div>
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with company goals.Build and manage editorial calendars for social media, blogs, and email marketing.Use audience insights and analytics to refine messaging and boost engagement.Partner with leadership and design teams to align content with sales and marketing objectives.</div><div>
Content Creation</div><div>
Write and edit compelling content for email, social media, blogs, and landing pages.Ensure tone, style, and messaging stay consistent across platforms.Collaborate on videos, graphics, and testimonials with internal and external creators.Optimize content to increase conversions and visibility.</div><div>
Email Marketing</div><div>
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and engage clients.Segment audiences and personalize messaging to drive results.Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and run A/B tests.Align campaigns with sales and project management priorities.</div><div>
Social Media Management</div><div>
Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Build campaigns that tell our story and support recruitment or sales.Monitor performance and engagement to continuously improve strategies.</div><div>
Qualifications</div><div>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in content, digital marketing, or social media strategy.Strong writing and storytelling skills with adaptable tone.Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).Familiarity with <b>ServiceTitan Marketing Pro</b> (preferred).Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and engagement.</div><div>
Preferred Skills</div><div>
Experience in home improvement, construction, or real estate industries.Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).</div><div>
