<div><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Provide advisory support to healthcare clients seeking guidance on operational improvement, revenue optimization, industry benchmarking, and more.
</li><li>Support coding and compliance reviews through robust analytics, ensuring regulatory adherence and revenue optimization.</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive buy and sell-side healthcare due diligence, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
</li><li>Prepare client deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs, and adherence to project timelines.</li><li>
Design and implement scalable data models and pipelines using modern data engineering practices.</li><li>
Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows for performance and reliability.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or working toward a bachelor's degree (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance).
</li><li>Proficiency in building robust Excel models and Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
</li><li>Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and processes, including but not limited to, data ingestion, modeling, and data analytic/visualization components.</li><li>
Familiarity with SQL with experience in query optimization and database design.
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting findings to executive audiences.</li></ul></div><div><br>

</div>
<div><ul><li>Snowflake and/or Databricks experience with modern cloud data platforms.</li><li>
Private equity or financial services background - understanding of investment data, portfolio management, or financial reporting.</li><li>
Python programming skills for data manipulation, automation, and analytics.
</li><li>Experience with additional Azure services (Synapse, Logic Apps, Power Platform).</li><li>
Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.</li></ul><br>
