Job Title: Mid-Level Interior Designer (Remote)Company: LBO Studio Design ServicesCountry: EgyptLanguage: English (very important)Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:&middot; Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions for hospitality and residential projects.&middot; Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings, using AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, and other relevant software.&middot; Generate high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.&middot; Prepare presentations and design proposals, incorporating mood boards, material samples, and visual references using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).&middot; Conduct research on latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to ensure designs are contemporary and relevant.&middot; Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.&middot; Assist in project management tasks, including client meetings, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.&middot; Candidates outside the UAE are welcomed to work from home.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design.&middot; Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in interior design in Dubai, with a focus on hospitality and residential projects.&middot; Fluent in English (fluency is a must).&middot; Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and ideally Corona Renderer.&middot; Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.&middot; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.&middot; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.&middot; Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai is preferred.A proactive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for interior design.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently living in Egypt?</li><li>Do you have a good written and verbal understanding of the English language?</li><li>What is your salary expectation?
