Competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:&middot; Work under the direction of a PM/PA and/or Principal&middot; Lead / assist in design effort for projects &amp; presentations&middot; 3D modelling rendering, and graphic design for presentations&middot; Develop construction details, utilizing LCDG standards&middot; Help communicate with the engineering team&middot; Code research and applicationQualifications:&middot; Passionate &amp; creative&middot; Initiative, self-motivated&middot; Time management and communication skills&middot; Able to work concurrently on multiple projects&middot; Minimum 1 years design and experience in the profession&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture&middot; Software proficiency: Revit &amp; AutoCad, Microsoft suite, Bluebeam, 3D Modeling &amp; rendering software required (Sketchup / Rhino), Lumion, Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is requiredApplicants should be immediately available, and have a driver&rsquo;s license and car.
