Job Title: Digital Empowerment Facilitator Organization: Lighthouse Communities Foundation Location: Cuttack Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy Digital Empowerment Facilitators who are passionate about promoting digital literacy among youth from underserved communities. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to bridge the digital divide and empower youth with the skills they need to succeed in today&rsquo;s world.Reporting To: Centre HeadKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and deliver digital literacy sessions based on the training guidelines and curriculum provided.</li><li>Conduct interactive and engaging classes at the Centre as per the scheduled timetable and methodology.</li><li>Ensure consistent student attendance, participation, and engagement in sessions.</li><li>Maintain student progress records and update internal MIS systems (Encore) on a regular basis.</li><li>Support student mobilization efforts by reaching out to local communities.</li><li>Assist in maintaining Centre infrastructure and classroom readiness.</li><li>Meet monthly training and performance targets with efficiency and quality.</li><li>Build and maintain a pool of alumni and conduct regular alumni engagement activities and assessments.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of prior experience as a computer teacher, IT trainer, or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and basic e-governance platforms.</li><li>Strong time management, multitasking, and people management skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably the regional language (Odia).</li><li>Digitally savvy, with an understanding of evolving technology trends.</li><li>Passionate about using technology as a tool for empowerment and committed to reducing the digital divide.</li></ul>How to Apply: If this role excites you, please share your CV with the subject line: &ldquo;Digital Empowerment Facilitator &ndash; Cuttack&rdquo; Email: careers@lighthousecommunities.orgTo learn more about us, visit: https://lighthousecommunities.orgJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
