Position Summary:The Purchasing Assistant supports the Purchasing Department in executing daily procurement activities. This role is critical to ensuring that all materials, parts, and supplies are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time to support ongoing operations and production. The Purchasing Assistant will coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to place and manage purchase orders, maintain accurate purchasing records, and help achieve the company&rsquo;s procurement goals.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Process Purchase Requests: Review and process internal purchase requests, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals before converting them into purchase order.&middot; Create and Manage Purchase Orders: Generate purchase orders in the ERP system (Quantum) and ensure correct linkage to related Work Orders or projects.&middot; Track and Monitor Orders: Follow up on outstanding orders, confirm delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or discrepancies with suppliers.&middot; Vendor Communication: Act as a point of contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring clear communication of order specifications and expectations.&middot; Price and Availability Checks: Obtain quotes, confirm current pricing, and check part availability to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project budgets.&middot; Inventory Price Maintenance: Assist in maintaining up-to-date list pricing for all materials in inventory.&middot; Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with Receiving to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of inbound shipments.&middot; Invoice and PO Reconciliation: Work with Finance and Receiving to resolve any discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and received goods.&middot; Support Vendor Sourcing: Assist with sourcing alternative suppliers, evaluating pricing and terms to support cost savings and improved lead times.&middot; Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records, including quotes, order confirmations, and delivery notes.Qualifications:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.&middot; 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement support role in the aviation industry required.&middot; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems such as Quantum is a plus.&middot; Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Familiarity with basic procurement principles and vendor negotiation practices.LCI is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Position Summary:The Production Control Associate assists in the daily gathering, assembly, and management of all production documentation and data necessary to support maintenance and repair activities. This role is responsible for ensuring proper work instructions, signature sign-offs, and compliance with Repair Station mandated documentation. ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Benefits Manager is directly responsible for the administration, searching, evaluating, and open enrollment of the benefit plans and programs. Plans, organizes and supervises the benefit administration and wellness plan. Ensures that all employee benefit programs, policies, and procedures are followed and stay within compliance with federal and local laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the annual research, analysis, administration, and evaluation of our corporate benefit plans and programs.</li>
<li>Act as a resource and advisor to employees on all areas HR benefits and wellness activities.</li>
<li>Create, plan and coordinate an annual wellness calendar.</li>
<li>Support HR benefit processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely and consistent customer service delivery to employees.</li>
<li>Ensure a smooth Open Enrollment experience annually to all eligible employees.</li>
<li>Responsible for the file feeds, system set up, and necessary files for Open Enrollment.</li>
<li>Identify process improvement possibilities and participate in improvement efforts, sharing best practices and ideas across benefits administration.</li>
<li>Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent collaboration with other HR team members, HR Compliance Manager and Payroll department in promoting benefit best practices.</li>
<li>First point of contact for employees and HRGs with benefit and/or leave questions.</li>
<li>Recommends, implements and maintains a benefit strategy.</li>
<li>Manages team schedules, ensuring compliance with company policy and employee&rsquo;s benefit needs.</li>
<li>Administers employee benefits programs and leaves.</li>
<li>Oversee and maintain all employee leaves, including but not limited to weekly reports on leave of absence, employee leave records, processes of approval of leaves, and benefit administration during approved leaves.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining weekly benefit reports and KPI&rsquo;s for the employee benefit programs.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree or years of equivalent experience in HR.</li>
<li>HR Certification required &ndash; PHR or SHRM-CP minimum.</li>
<li>Two &ndash; Three years in a HR benefits role.</li>
<li>Training in Affirmative Action, EEOC Guidelines, FLSA, USERRA, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills required.</li>
<li>Interpersonal and coaching skills and practice a high level of confidentiality.</li>
