Take the lead: prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating all care touchpoints for your patients.</p></div><div><p>
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure appropriate direct patient care.</p></div><div><p>
Maintain and advocate a safe environment for everyone.</p></div><div><p>
Monitor and engage with your patients, families, and appropriate care team members concerning significant events, patient condition changes, or patient questions and concerns.</p></div><div><p>
Prevent and treat wounds.</p></div><div><p>
Monitor and execute Joint Commission infection control and environment of care requirements.</p></div><div><p>
Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, consistent communications, and an exceptional experience for every patient.</p></div><div><p>
Advise and consult with supervisor when unable to complete assignments or perform tasks promptly, effectively, or safely.</p></div><div><p>
Initiate patient and family education using appropriate resources and continuum of care services.</p></div><div><p>
Contribute to the team by assisting others without being asked.</p></div><div><p><b>

Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.</p></div><div><p>
