Bank Operation Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:15pm, Saturday 8:15-12:15pm</li></ul>
Position Purpose: LCNB National Bank is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to join our Chillicothe branch operations department. This position provides superior quality service to our customers. They assist customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. A Relationship Banker is responsible for promoting and recommending the bank&rsquo;s products and services to help meet our customers&rsquo; financial goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintaining and balancing cash drawer</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures</li><li>
Promote and advise on the bank&rsquo;s products and services</li><li>
Keeping customers&rsquo; personal information confidential</li><li>
Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals</li><li>
Communicating with other team members and other areas of the bank</li><li>
Assist with the daily operations of the branch</li><li>
Answer customer calls and enter information accurately and efficiently into database</li><li>
Comprehend, retain and apply information as necessary to perform duties and responsibilities effectively</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned</li></ul>

Occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment</li><li>
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment</li><li>
Occasionally moves coin bags weighing up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Occasionally will need to travel up to a 30-mile radius</li></ul>

Position Purpose:
LCNB National Bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for collaborating with colleagues within the Marketing team to implement strategies for LCNB National Bank and its lines of business, including Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage and LCNB Wealth. The ideal candidate will possess experience in bank products &amp; services, functional knowledge and experience in marketing or related field, and the ability to work with cross functional teams to advance the marketing efforts of the bank. This position also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively multi-tasking. Ability to monitor and report on the success of the marketing campaigns and project results.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Assist with Public and Media relations as needed</li><li>
Creation of some marketing and internal communications, including graphic design</li><li>
Engage in and support 3-4 client entertainment events per year; event planning; invitation process</li><li>
Support branch network; materials, local marketing initiatives</li><li>
Marketing/CRA budget coordination</li><li>
Complete marketing department operational requirements</li><li>
Engage and collaborate with third party partners as required</li><li>
Manage projects performed by advertising agency as required</li><li>
Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Marketing Officer</li></ul></div>
Required Competencies:<ul><li>
1+ years of advertising, marketing, PR or related field experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul>

Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Project Management and/or Public Relations</li><li>
Strong writing skills highly desired for both internal and client-facing communications</li><li>

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities</li><li>
