<div>The Lead Finance Analyst, Financial Planning leads key components of the financial planning process, including ownership of models, forecasts, and analytical outputs. This role serves as a primary partner to business leaders, delivering actionable insights, driving planning processes, and mentoring junior team members.
This role performs work under minimal supervision and handles complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Own end-to-end planning activities (budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning) for assigned functions or regions
</li><li>Lead variance analysis with insights into key drivers, risks, and opportunities
</li><li>Design, build, and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools
</li><li>Develop scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
</li><li>Partner directly with business leaders to align financial plans with operational strategies
</li><li>Drive development of KPIs, benchmarks, and performance dashboards
</li><li>Lead preparation of executive-level presentations and reporting
</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements across planning cycles and systems
</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to analysts and senior analysts
</li><li>Support system enhancements and data integrity initiatives
</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned 
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>Required qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent years of experience
</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of relevant FP&amp;A or business finance experience
</li><li>Advanced modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Strong understanding of business drivers and financial performance management
</li><li>Experience working with planning systems, BI tools, and data environments
</li><li>Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with leadership
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives
</li>Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
