<div></div><div><b>Job Description</b></div>
<div></div><div>As a District Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide a professional first</div>
<div>impression to all customers. You will ensure compliance with contract specifications;</div>
<div>respond to customer requests and complaints. You may also perform or assist with</div>
<div>cleaning duties, as necessary.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Job Duties include but are not limited to:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Manage multiple sites</li></ul>
<ul><li>Establishing and implementing operations standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Listen and address all customer requests, concerns, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attend meetings</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop new revenue streams and sales opportunities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work closely with Sales Team</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in walk through's and presentations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review and minimize labor dollars and hours</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review monthly P &amp; L</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage multiple team members</li></ul>
<ul><li>Visit accounts on a regular basis</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate proactively with upper management on important issues</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate and work closely with HR regarding recruitment and utilize for support</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate with team members and identify who can be developed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure all team members are trained and understand how they fit in the company</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>Job Requirements</b></div>
<div></div><div>As a District Manager, you must have a high sense of urgency as it is</div>
<div>your responsibility to ensure that the customer is happy. Must be able and willing to be</div>
<div>coached, learn on a regular basis as well as open to change and providing new and</div>
<div>innovative ideas. We are also seeking someone with a flexible schedule that allows for</div>
<div>both day and evening shifts.</div>
<div></div><div>Additional requirements include:</div>
<div></div><ul><li><b>Facility Management experience MUST</b></li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be willing to travel</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish</li></ul>
<ul><li>Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint &amp; Outlook</li></ul>
<ul><li>Labor &amp; Supplies budgeting experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Previous P &amp; L responsibility ( 5MM and up)</li></ul>
<div><ul><li>Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (Successful drug screening and background check)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>
