About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and creative Sales Designer to join our growing closet and kitchen design company. In this client-focused role, you&rsquo;ll blend your eye for design with strong sales skills to create beautiful, functional custom storage solutions. From luxury closets to high-end kitchen cabinetry and organization systems, you&rsquo;ll guide clients through every step of the design and purchasing journey.This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence in home organization and interior design.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct in-home consultations and outside sales visits to assess client needs, preferences, and space requirements.</li><li>Design customized closet and kitchen layouts using SketchUp, CAD, Mozaik, or similar design software.</li><li>Present detailed design concepts and product demonstrations, highlighting premium features such as custom finishes, lighting solutions, and specialty accessories.</li><li>Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and project scope, and secure signed sales agreements.</li><li>Manage client accounts from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and follow-up.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, inventory, and customer communications.</li><li>Consistently identify opportunities to upsell enhancements that elevate both the design and client experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven success in outside or retail sales, preferably in custom interiors, cabinetry, home improvement, or high-end design markets.</li><li>Proficiency with design software (SketchUp, CAD, Mozaik, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of remodeling, renovation, and interior design principles.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Must be fluent in English and Spanish.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, pricing, and project estimates.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Self-motivated with a passion for sales growth and delivering outstanding client experiences.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33186
