A renowned company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication is URGENTLY looking for a MAINTENANCE ENGINEER for its Manufacturing Plant at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.Job DescriptionOversee the Mechanical and Electrical systems of a Structural Steel Fabrication Plant, planned and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery used in manufacturing.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities viz. routine, periodic and preventive maintenance</li><li>Establish and implement a maintenance strategy and schedule supported by all functions thereby ensuring availability of lines plant to ensure optimum utilization of resources.</li><li>Routine Maintenance of existing Plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make on-site repairs to ensure equipment availability at its full capacity for the production</li><li>Support installation/modification, commissioning of new equipment and systems, and up-gradation of technologies,</li><li>Responsible for break-down rectification in time and corrective action for the Non-Occurrence</li><li>Responsible for maintaining and procurement of critical and regular spares as per equipment specification</li><li>Lead the Operations and Maintenance team in the testing, monitoring, installation and troubleshooting of electricity transmission or distribution equipment, auxiliaries, energy storage, control systems, substations, DG Set, Electrical Panel, Air Compressor and RO Plant Maintenance</li><li>Maintenance of existing plant buildings, and other service facilities, including plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.</li><li>Ensure work place safety and effective communication of Safety, Health and Environment to all team members.</li></ul>.Qualification<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5-10 years hands on maintenance experience and troubleshooting of production Plant &amp; Machinery in a Structural Steel Fabrication plant.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Trouble Shooting &amp; problem solving skills</li><li>Analytic Skills</li><li>Team Work</li><li>Time Management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
