Key Responsibilities: -&middot; Customer Service&middot; Responsible for greeting and meeting all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store&middot; Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service&middot; Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests&middot; Develop a clear understanding of all departments, products, make and feature.&middot; After sales service&middot; Manage transactions with customers using cash registers&middot; Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate&middot; Collect payments whether in cash or credit&middot; Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets&middot; Redeem stamps and coupons&middot; Cross-sell products and introduce new ones&middot; Effectively deal with customer queries and complaints&middot; Ensure confidentiality with respect to Le Pearl retail/store sales information.Store Merchandise / Merchandising:-&middot; Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store.&middot; Provide information about the customers(likes, dislikes and opinions) to the department in charge&middot; Ensure effective stock replenishment to the store and assure continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery &amp; maintenance in the store&middot; Ensure the highest standard of merchandising is maintained in store at all times.&middot; Ensure that all sections are neat &amp; clean. All the items correctly priced&middot; Ensure that the Brand delivers what has been promised to the customer consistently &amp; flawlessly.&middot; Maximizing sales by promoting highest standards of customer serviceRequirements: -&middot; Graduate / undergraduate in any discipline&middot; Basic Computer Knowledge&middot; Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales&middot; Good math skills&middot; Strong communication and time management skills&middot; Customer satisfaction-orientedSkills &amp; Capabilities: -&middot; Result Orientation&middot; Proactive&middot; Flexibility&middot; Interpersonal Skills&middot; Team Player&middot; Customer Focus&middot; Soft Spoken&middot; Patience&middot; Interactive&middot; Energetic&middot; Fashion Trend KnowledgeJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
