Position Overview:The Senior Director of Programs provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and supervisory support across Lead4Life&rsquo;s core service areas, including the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), Workforce Development initiatives, and the Returning Citizens Initiative (RCI). This role ensures program alignment with organizational goals, promotes trauma-informed and client-centered practices, and drives cross-program collaboration and accountability.Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Program Oversight, Administration &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Rehabilitation Specialist overseeing the PRP program, ensuring clinical quality and compliance with state standards.</li><li>Offer strategic and operational oversight to the Workforce Development Manager and other program leads, supporting effective program delivery and adherence to trauma-informed practices.</li><li>Provide oversight and strategic direction to the Returning Citizens Initiative (RCI) as the agency&rsquo;s primary reentry program, ensuring alignment with agency goals, funding requirements, and client needs.</li><li>Ensure coordination between programs to support holistic services for participants and streamline service delivery.</li><li>Ensure programs operate within budgetary and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul>Strategic Leadership<ul><li>Contribute to the strategic planning and development of new and existing programs.</li><li>Monitor and assess program effectiveness using data-informed decision-making and quality improvement practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the Executive Team to align program goals with Lead4Life&rsquo;s mission, values, and strategic vision.</li><li>Support the management of Local Management Board (LMB) grants, ensuring program activities align with grant deliverables and reporting requirements.</li></ul>Team Development<ul><li>Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for program leaders through coaching, performance management, and professional development.</li><li>Facilitate and participate in weekly and monthly coordination and performance-tracking meetings with program teams to monitor service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and support staff development.</li></ul>Partnerships and Development<ul><li>Represent Lead4Life in community meetings, coalitions, and partnership-building efforts related to behavioral health and juvenile justice.</li><li>Strengthen relationships with referral sources, public agencies, and community-based organizations to enhance client access and engagement.</li><li>Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion or innovation through partnerships or pilot initiatives</li></ul>Data Collection, Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>Collect, analyze and report program data monthly.</li><li>Support grant management through coordination of program activities, data reporting, and contribution to proposals and evaluations.&rdquo;</li><li>Ensure programs meet benchmarks, outcome measures, and participant satisfaction standards.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Youth Development, or related field (master's preferred) or equivalent professional work expirience (6+ years)</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in program leadership, with at least 2 years of direct staff supervision.</li><li>Strong knowledge of behavioral health and/or juvenile justice systems.</li><li>Experience in cross-functional leadership, trauma-informed care, and staff development.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing multi-program environments or multi-disciplinary teams.</li></ul>Working Schedule: W-2 Full TimeJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
