Our first major project is a jobs marketplace platform. We need someone to lead this project from the technical side while keeping the business goals in focus. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how we build software and establish our technical processes.
What you'll do:<ul><li>
Manage a small team building our marketplace platform</li><li>
Plan sprints, manage timelines, ship features weekly</li><li>
Translate between business needs and technical requirements</li><li>
Keep the team focused and delivering</li></ul>
You need:<ul><li>
3+ years managing software projects that actually shipped</li><li>
Experience with marketplace/SaaS platforms</li><li>
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) daily</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Remote work experience</li></ul>
