In this role, you will have the chance to learn and grow within our company while playing an essential part in our HR operations, helping us to enhance our company&rsquo;s work environment and drive initiatives that support our workforce.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to benefits inquiries.</li><li>Help organize training and development initiatives for employees, including tracking attendance and feedback.</li><li>Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and documents.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in an HR role or administrative function is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Remuneration Best as per IndustryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;19,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
