We are seeking a highly creative and energetic Graphic Designer specializing in vibrant, child-friendly visuals to join our Kids' YouTube content team. This role is crucial for maximizing our video performance by designing eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails and maintaining a fun, consistent brand aesthetic that appeals directly to children and their parents.Key Responsibilities1. Thumbnail &amp; Video Assets (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Design High-CTR Thumbnails: Conceptualize and rapidly create engaging, colorful, and expressive video thumbnails that drive clicks and views.</li><li>Utilize bright, appealing colors, expressive cartoon faces/characters, and clear, bold typography (fonts).</li><li>Design specifically for mobile viewing, where most children consume content.</li><li>A/B Testing: Create 2-3 design variations (A/B testing candidates) per video to identify the most effective visual concepts based on performance data.</li><li>In-Video Graphics: Design on-screen graphics, animated text overlays, lower thirds, and call-to-action elements used within the videos.</li><li>Asset Management: Create and maintain a library of reusable characters, backgrounds, props, and design elements to ensure rapid production.</li></ul>2. Channel Branding &amp; Identity<ul><li>Brand Kit: Design and maintain all channel branding elements, including the channel banner, profile picture/logo, end screens, and watermarks.</li><li>Visual Strategy: Ensure the channel's visual style is consistent, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational or entertainment goals for children aged [Specify Age Range, e.g., 3-8].</li></ul>3. Collaboration &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Content Alignment: Collaborate closely with the video editors and writers to understand the narrative, emotional beats, and key selling points of each video to translate them into visuals.</li><li>Performance Review: Actively track thumbnail performance (CTR, viewer duration) and apply data-driven insights to improve future designs.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Proven professional experience (minimum 3-5 years) in Graphic Design, with a strong focus on YouTube thumbnails or children's media/animation is highly preferred.</li><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating work that is bright, dynamic, and effective for engaging a young audience.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop (for rapid compositing and photo manipulation).</li><li>Adobe Illustrator (for vector graphics and clean character/logo design).</li><li>Visual Skills:</li><li>Deep understanding of color psychology and effective composition for children's content.</li><li>A flair for cartoon illustration and expressive character posing/cutouts.</li><li>Excellent typography skills for maximum clarity and impact on small screens.</li><li>Mindset: Must be highly self-motivated, able to meet fast-paced deadlines, and possess a passion for children's entertainment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Graphic Designer

The 3D Animator will be responsible for bringing characters, props, and environments to life by creating high-quality, believable, and compelling animation sequences. This role requires a strong understanding of timing, weight, and character performance, as well as expert proficiency in 3D software and production pipelines.Key Responsibilities1. Animation Production<ul><li>Character Performance: Create dynamic and emotionally engaging key-frame character animation, demonstrating a deep understanding of acting, posing, timing, weight, and spatial awareness.</li><li>Motion Capture Integration: Clean up, edit, and integrate motion capture data into existing scenes, ensuring smooth transitions.</li><li>Technical Rigging: Work closely with Rigging and Technical Art teams to troubleshoot and provide feedback on character rigs to ensure they meet animation needs.</li><li>Physics and Dynamics: Apply principles of physics and dynamics to non-character elements (e.g., cloth, hair, water, environmental effects).</li><li>Scene Workflow: Manage and organize animation files, ensuring assets are correctly named, versioned, and submitted through the studio pipeline.</li></ul>2. Collaboration and Review<ul><li>Storyboarding: Collaborate with the Storyboard and Layout teams to understand the intended narrative and shot composition.</li><li>Direction: Interpret and implement directorial feedback and notes accurately and efficiently to meet project vision and quality standards.</li><li>Deadlines: Work effectively under tight production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.</li><li>Team Contribution: Actively participate in team reviews (dailies) and contribute positively to the creative and collaborative environment.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Proven professional experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a 3D Animator.</li><li>Portfolio/Reel: A world-class demo reel or portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in the 12 Principles of Animation, particularly demonstrating expressive character animation, strong posing, and fluid motion.</li><li>Technical Knowledge:</li><li>Solid understanding of animation pipelines from concept to final render.</li><li>Familiarity with rigging and skinning fundamentals.</li><li>Basic knowledge of adjacent disciplines (modeling, texturing, lighting) is beneficial.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
