We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Admin.Job Description: The Admin will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the centre. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and communication tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to staff and management.</li><li>Handle student inquiries and registrations both in person and via phone/email.</li><li>Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling, classroom allocations, and teacher tracking.</li><li>Support marketing and communication efforts by assisting in event coordination and outreach.</li><li>Prepare reports and assist with documentation, billing, and correspondence.</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the centre.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant administrative experience.</li><li>Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and grow in the education field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
