Leading Edge Connections, LLC. is a full-service virtual Customer Experience &amp; Sales transformation company built for the NOW.Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>1 year of call center dispatch experience</li><li>Reliable and dependable</li><li>Able to stay &quot;cool&quot; under pressure</li><li>Experience with data entry and word processing is required</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Must possess basic computer knowledge</li><li>Team oriented with a positive, &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude</li><li>Fluent in writing, reading &amp; speaking English</li></ul>Hardware/Software Requirements<ul><li>To be successful in this role, you must have your own computer and home office setup that meets the following minimum specifications:</li><li>Personal computer (laptop or desktop only; no Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, netbooks, or tablets).</li><li>Processor: Intel&reg; Core&trade; i5 5200 series or greater; all computers must have at least 4 performance cores.</li><li>Example: A 10-core computer with only 2 performance cores does not meet this requirement.</li><li>Please check your system settings to confirm.</li><li>Memory: 8GB RAM minimum; Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher.</li><li>Display: Screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher; dual monitors required for efficiency.</li><li>Internet: Reliable high-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection (hardwired to router).</li><li>Audio: USB noise-canceling headset.</li><li>Security: Up-to-date antivirus software with a recent scan completed; firewall must be enabled</li><li>** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** (Please use this in your interview)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>2 Monitors/Screens- required </li><li>Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)</li><li>Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus</li></ul>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily</li><li>Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer</li><li>Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers</li><li>Being on time each day</li><li>Providing customer service with empathy and care</li><li>Ensure client needs are met</li></ul>Job Type: 1099 Contract -Day shiftsPay: $15-$17 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Call center: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: RemotePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
