We are hiring a Chartered Accountant with 1&ndash;2 years of experience to join our property management company. The role focuses on accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance. The candidate will work as a Master in Accounts, supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accuracy in all reports.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain financial statements as per UAE and IFRS standards.</li><li>Manage daily accounting tasks, including entries, reconciliations, and closing procedures.</li><li>Assist in audits (internal &amp; external) and ensure accuracy of financial records.</li><li>Support tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and prepare tax returns.</li><li>Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.</li><li>Work closely with management to support business decisions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of accounting or audit experience (property management experience is an advantage).</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE VAT laws.</li><li>Good communication and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities.</li><li>Supportive work environment in the property management sector.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
