This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn real business operations, sales follow-ups, client coordination, and internal communication. You&rsquo;ll be trained to think like an entrepreneur, not just an employee.What You&rsquo;ll Learn:<ul><li>Lead generation &amp; follow-up processes</li><li>Quotation &amp; invoice creation</li><li>How client meetings are scheduled and managed</li><li>Basic team coordination and approvals</li><li>Daily CRM usage (HelloLeads)</li><li>Real-world exposure to performance marketing &amp; agency work</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow-up calls/messages to podcast guests &amp; leads</li><li>Schedule client meetings &amp; reminders</li><li>Assist in preparing and sending quotations/invoices</li><li>CRM entries &amp; updates</li><li>Track attendance via PagarBook</li><li>Internal follow-ups with team members</li><li>Basic data &amp; task tracking</li></ul>Who Can Apply:<ul><li>Recent graduates of MBA or other relative degree</li><li>Good communication skills (Marathi + English preferred)</li><li>Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and basic Excel</li><li>Curious, fast learner, and trustworthy</li><li>Preferably from Pune (Baner area or nearby)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
