Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Drive all aspects of recruiting and talent acquisition for all roles within your locations, including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training;</li><li>Managing and distributing sales leads to your sales team;</li><li>Holding branch and sales meetings (on-site/remote) to motivate your team, provide training and recognizing achievement;</li><li>Hold and drive staff accountability to results and KPIs;</li><li>Drive down communication and company updates in a positive manner to all staff;</li><li>Consistent availability (&ldquo;on call&rdquo;) to take sales calls to with your team to assess training needs and facilitate customer experience; and</li><li>Handling all branch administration related to sales, installation, commission and payroll (on-site/remote).</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum on-site requirement for remote branch(es) near or around 25% on a monthly basis</div><ul><li>Ability to multitask in fast paced and deadline driven environment;</li><li>Strong ability to operate and understand digital platforms and systems, including but not limited Outlook, Excel, in-house CRM system, etc.;</li><li>Prior experience running and/or managing a franchise, branch, chain, multi-site store in construction, remodeling, or any industry where you were responsible for day-to-day operations preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Senior General Manager

<div>Overview:
<div><b>
Production Managers</b> are expected to maintain the highest level of service to our customers as he/she is responsible for the after-sales relationship with our customers and will be expected to relay that to each of the installation teams that he/she manages. Production Managers are responsible for managing and training all staff in the production department.</div><div>
This <i>full-time</i> position will work under the direction of the branch General Manager, and will assist in all production operations.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Scheduling of Installation and services.</li><li>
Collection of monies owed to the company by our customers.</li><li>
Continuous training of crews, including onsite installation and safety.</li><li>
Clearly and consistently communicate company policies and procedures;</li><li>
Schedule and report daily production activities to management; and,</li><li>
Be knowledgeable and aware of applicable local, state, and federal safety and OSHA programs.</li><li>
Ensure vehicles are maintained and inspected daily.</li><li>
Cultivating the appropriate corporate culture and ensuring the production/installation staff performs their duties within established guidelines.</li><li>
Address customers complaints and concerns as needed.</li><li>
Installs, chop and drop, and services as needed.</li><li>
Warehouse management and inventory ordering.</li><li>
Responsible for staffing production department and managing production employee</li></ul><br>
