Position Summary: The Field Installation Trainer is responsible for training and improving the proficiency of subcontracting installation teams to build value and quality with customers through training and field engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Train, coach, and develop installation subcontractors both in the office and in the field.</li><li>
Improve subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagement.</li><li>
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.</li><li>
Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors.</li><li>
Installation training subject matter expert; able to teach all aspects of installing LeafFilter products on all types of homes.</li><li>
Identify weaknesses of individuals and teams and create, or assist with the creation of, ad hoc training events to improve performance.</li><li>
Work with the Installation Managers on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers.</li><li>
Partner with leadership to identify systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address them.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation.
</li><li>Track record of successful training, coaching, and onboarding of subcontractors.
</li><li>Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with customers.
</li><li>Must have a reliable truck or work van</li><li>
Multi-height and adjustable ladders (28+ feet in height) (LeafFilter applicants only)</li><li>
Functioning tools to include drills, speed square, saw or grinder, etc.
</li><li>Ability to frequently be on ladders up to the 2nd story of a home. (LeafFilter applicants only)</li><li>
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without &ldquo;dropping the ball.&rdquo;
</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a &ldquo;roll up your sleeves&rdquo; and &ldquo;win every day&rdquo; mentality.
</li><li>Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.

</li><li>Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
</li><li>Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license.
</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to/from job site to perform job duties.
</li><li>Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</li></ul>

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
<ul><li>Experience in gutter and gutter protection system installation.</li></ul>

Position Summary: The Assistant Event Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of event marketers to build brand awareness and generate sales leads throughout their designated local market. In addition, this role is responsible for sourcing direct-to-consumer events, managing budgets, resource planning, staff schedules, and successful event execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up.
</li><li>Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for a team of event marketers in assigned territory.
</li><li>Responsible for budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
</li><li>Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, and manage event marketing team in generating new sales leads.
</li><li>Assist in distributing event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down.
</li><li>Collaborate with the local Sales Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence within the local market.
</li><li>Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers and create accountability through established goals and KPIs.
</li><li>Assist in the development of timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications for cohesiveness and transparency in local market.
</li><li>Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events.
</li><li>Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based on established KPIs.
</li><li>Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
</li><li>Experience within event marketing or a related field.
</li><li>Experience in lead generation and/or experiential marketing.
</li><li>Experience with limited/single market budgeting and planning in multiple markets.
</li><li>Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketing.
</li><li>Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and pre-scheduled events.
</li><li>Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing and show staff.
</li><li>Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without &ldquo;dropping the ball.&rdquo;

</li><li>Experience in home improvement event marketing.</li></ul>

Travel Requirements:

25%-50% domestic travel required.</li></ul>
