We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, organized, Continental Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our food philosophy to life.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.</li><li>Develop seasonal menus featuring healthy, balanced, and innovative dishes.</li><li>Supervise, train, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.</li><li>Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, minimizing waste and maximizing freshness.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and events.</li><li>Control food and labor costs while maintaining profitability.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a caf&eacute;, restaurant, or health food establishment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Continental Food , Nutrition, Dietary Trends (Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-Free, etc.), and healthy cooking techniques &amp; Continental Food</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.</li><li>Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Supportive, positive work environment focused on wellness and creativity.</li><li>Opportunities for menu innovation and career growth.</li><li>Staff meals and discounts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
