</div><div>The Summer Camp Counselor is responsible for supervising and engaging campers throughout the day. This role ensures a safe, structured, and fun environment while leading activities, managing transitions, and supporting daily routines.<br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities<br>
</div>Supervise campers ages 5&ndash;13 at all times<br>

</li>Set up, and lead games, activities, and group events<br>
<li>
</li>Manage camper transitions (meals, outdoor play, field trips, etc.)<br>
<li>
</li>Encourage participation and positive behavior<br>
<li>
</li>Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers<br>

</li>Assist with distributing meals and snacks<br>
<li>
</li>Monitor campers closely to ensure safety at all times<br>
<li>
</li>Help with cleaning up activity areas and shared spaces<br>
<li>
</li>Follow all safety, licensing, and school policies<br>
<li>
</li>Communicate concerns or incidents to leadership promptly<br>

</li></ul><div>Qualifications<br>
</div>Must be at least 18 years old<br>

</li>Experience working with children preferred but not required<br>
