Job Summary We are seeking passionate and experienced Teachers to join our dynamic educational team, specializing in instructing children across all age groups including Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, Pre-K, and School Age. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management, with the ability to develop engaging curricula tailored to each developmental stage. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and learning in a nurturing environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional development.</li><li>Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support children&rsquo;s emotional regulation and social skills.</li><li>Incorporate curriculum development techniques across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education needs.</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual learning plans, including early intervention strategies when necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or other educational approaches as appropriate.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with children across various age groups&mdash;Infants through School Age&mdash;is essential.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.</li><li>Experience with special education, early intervention programs, or literacy education is highly desirable.</li><li>Background in toddler care, preschool education, or private school teaching enhances candidacy.</li><li>Familiarity with teaching physical education, math instruction, or Montessori methods is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members are required.
