JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Engineering Coordinator to join our team in DIP 1.This role is pivotal in providing administrative and technical support to ensure the seamless execution of our engineering projects and maintenance activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be the central point for managing technical documentation and team coordination, specifically focusing on:<ul><li>AMC Management: Overseeing contracts and tracking test sheets.</li><li>Documentation: Processing service reports and maintenance logs.</li><li>Data Management: Accurate entry of engineer/technician feedback into dedicated systems.</li><li>Coordination: Streamlining maintenance tasks and schedules.</li><li>Financial Admin: Managing invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years in Facilities Maintenance with a Civil/MEP engineering background within the UAE.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are essential for client interaction.</li><li>Soft Skills: Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.</li><li>Availability: Must be available to join immediately.</li><li>Sponsorship: Preference will be given to candidates on spouse or father&rsquo;s sponsorship.</li></ul>WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; SCHEDULE<ul><li>Location: Office-based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) 1.</li><li>Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office) | Saturday (Remote).</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit your CV highlighting your relevant MEP/Civil experience in the UAE.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
