Warehouse Manager &ndash; Food Manufacturing Full-time | Rochester, NY Lean Life Manufacturing is rapidly expanding our national meal-production network&mdash;and we&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations through the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing team performance, receiving, inventory, staging, shipping, and freezer operations in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead, train, and develop warehouse &amp; freezer teams</li><li>Oversee inventory accuracy, ingredient staging, and internal order flow</li><li>Maintain GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards</li><li>Ensure on-time receiving, pick/pack, transfers, and shipments</li><li>Build schedules, assign tasks, and manage daily workflows</li><li>Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, and QA</li><li>Improve processes, throughput, and warehouse organization</li></ul>What You Need to Have<ul><li>3+ years warehouse leadership experience (food or manufacturing preferred)</li><li>Strong people leadership and accountability management</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li><li>Experience with inventory control, receiving, and cold storage</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a freezer as needed</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in food manufacturing, WMS systems, or HACCP/GMP environments</li><li>Forklift certification</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
