You are not simply maintaining processes; you are driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring business objectives are translated into measurable execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to strategic planning and performance decisions from Day 1.Technology and Systems: We leverage modern business tools, workflow management platforms, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards to support smarter decision-making and efficient operations.Growth: We invest in leadership development and professional advancement, offering access to conferences, executive learning opportunities, and management-focused development programs.Key Responsibilities:Operational Strategy: Lead and improve day-to-day business operations while developing scalable systems that support organizational growth and efficiency.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement workflow enhancements, and establish measurable standards to improve operational outcomes.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage operational staff, provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.Performance Management: Track KPIs, generate operational reports, and ensure business targets are met through structured execution and continuous optimization.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal leadership, external partners, and department heads to align operational priorities with company objectives.Risk and Compliance: Ensure operational processes follow internal standards, business policies, and regulatory requirements where applicable.What We Are Looking For:Experience: 6+ years in business operations, operations management, or organizational leadership, with at least 2+ years managing teams or overseeing cross-functional operations.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve efficiency, and execute operational initiatives in dynamic business environments.Analytical Thinking: Strong understanding of operational reporting, KPI management, budgeting support, and data-driven decision-making.Communication Skills: Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence presenting updates and recommendations to leadership teams.Mindset: You are practical, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing long-term operational improvements with immediate business priorities. You understand when to optimize, when to scale, and when to act quickly to maintain business momentum.Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
