 We are partnering with a large, complex organization undergoing significant transformation to identify a
 
 Senior Sourcing Manager
 
 to lead strategic initiatives across
 
 Facilities Management and Real Estate
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a high-impact role with ownership of ~$250M+ in spend across a national footprint of 200+ sites, offering strong visibility to senior leadership and a clear path for growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 🚀 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 This role sits at the center of a major evolution within procurement, with responsibility for defining and executing strategy across two key areas:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Facilities Management (FM):
 
 Oversight of an enterprise-wide outsourced model covering site services (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, etc.) across a large, distributed network.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Real Estate:
 
 Ownership of sourcing strategy related to leases, brokers, and transaction models across a complex portfolio.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in evaluating current operating models and designing the future-state strategy &mdash; including supplier structure, cost optimization, and long-term scalability.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 🧩 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead category strategy for Facilities Management and Real Estate across a multi-site network
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and execute large-scale RFPs, including redesign of outsourced FM models
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and optimize supplier landscape (integrated vs. hybrid vs. insourced approaches)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess and refine real estate broker strategy and transaction models
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage strategic supplier relationships with clear SLAs and KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level) across multiple business units
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop internal talent within the function
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 💡 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience in
 
 strategic sourcing and category management
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep expertise in
 
 Facilities Management sourcing
 
 (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 Real Estate transactions, leasing, or broker management
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing or optimizing
 
 outsourced / integrated service models
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead RFPs and drive strategic transformation initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior people leadership experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in complex, multi-site environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial, etc.) preferred
 </li>
