 Key Responsibilities

 Plan, design, and execute frac jobs, ensuring all work is carried out safely and according to plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise operations to confirm alignment with project requirements and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply solid global frac experience to optimize performance and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporate artificial lift expertise across a range of technologies, including ESP, gas lift, and sucker rod systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate well integrity considerations into all planning and design activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize HSE in every stage of engineering design and project execution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven global frac experience, with a track record of successfully planning and executing frac jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in artificial lift technologies, including ESP, gas lift, and sucker rod.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated expertise in well integrity and its application in project planning and design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commitment to HSE standards and practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Contract Details

 6-month initial contract, with extension.

 Based full-time in Abu Dhabi.

Production Engineer

 My Client is an international Service Company who are based in Kuwait. Due to expansion, my client is searching a Petroleum Planning and Economics Consultant for a 3-4 month Contract.
 
 
 The Consultant will be based in Kuwait working in the KOC offices.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Petroleum Planning &amp; Economics Consultant will be required to have experience in:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Upstream asset lifecycle evaluation, portfolio strategy and capital efficiency optimisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reserve economics, including PRMS reserves classification integrating into economic models and value optimisation of contingent resources through investment decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Building advanced economic models from exploration to abandonment using methods like Monte Carlo simulation
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculations of critical risk-adjusted metrics including eNPV, EMV, risked asset value
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Development Planning
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Economic screening of development concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Well count optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Facility options analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Development phasing strategies
 </li>

 Reservoir to Economics

 Translating reservoir simulations and decline curves into economic forecasts
 </li>

 Developing capital efficiency and post-audit project reviews
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cost Integration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Incorporating drilling/completion cost trends, LOE forecasts, and tariffs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Portfolio Strategy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategic portfolio balancing between exploration and development opportunities, and between short-cycle and long-term investments
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimizing capital allocation under various constraints including rig availability, capital limitations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Consultants with experience in the following software's would be preferred:
 
 
 Economics Platforms - ARIES, Quorum, PHDWin
 
 
 Portfolio Optimization - Spotfire, Power BI, Palantir Foundry
