The Paid Media Director will play a critical leadership role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media and digital performance marketing initiatives across multiple clients, campaigns, and channels. This role balances hands-on execution with strategic oversight, helping ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business goals.
The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders, platform partners, and leadership to drive measurable outcomes, improve processes, and elevate performance marketing maturity across the organization.

AS A PAID MEDIA DIRECTOR, YOU WILL:<ul><li>
Support the development of full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to client and organizational goals</li><li>
Translate business objectives into clear media strategies, channel plans, budgets, and KPIs</li><li>
Oversee execution and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Display, YouTube, OTT/CTV, and emerging platforms</li><li>
Monitor performance daily to ensure strong pacing, efficiency, and results against defined KPIs</li><li>
Partner on campaign measurement, reporting, and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks</li><li>
Help evolve reporting standards, dashboards, and performance storytelling for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Improve campaign processes, QA standards, and workflows across strategy, creative, execution, and analytics</li><li>
Serve as a day-to-day paid media lead, collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior team members</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS:<ul><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, paid media, or growth marketing</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across major platforms (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action</li><li>
Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines simultaneously</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>
PREFERRED SKILLS:<ul><li>
Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, or live events</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM-driven marketing, remarketing strategies, and lifecycle marketing</li><li>
Experience building or refining performance marketing processes and playbooks</li><li>
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li></ul>

OFFICE INFORMATION:
Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montr&eacute;al (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!
If you don&rsquo;t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.
