Key ResponsibilitiesInventory and Asset Management<ul><li>Full responsibility for all units, equipment's and tools from large event setups to</li></ul>small items.<ul><li>Maintain an accurate and well organized inventory system where each item is</li></ul>accounted for.<ul><li>Ensure that the inventory room is always arranged so that any team member can</li></ul>collect items easily.<ul><li>Monitor usage, track missing or damaged items and report issues immediately.</li><li>Inspect equipment's regularly and ensure all are in working condition.</li><li>Handle basic servicing of the equipment's or coordinate with external service team</li></ul>when required.Pre Event Preparation<ul><li>Test and prepare units before every event, ensuring smooth and professional</li></ul>operations on site.<ul><li>Pack all the required equipment's systematically and ensure that nothing is missed.</li><li>Manage scheduling and prioritization when multiple events occur simultaneously.</li></ul>On Site Preparation<ul><li>Attend events as in-house operator/technical staff.</li><li>Handle installation, setup, operation and dismantle of our units.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues quickly and proactively during events.</li></ul>Planning and Documentation<ul><li>Anticipate upcoming workloads, especially during peak seasons, and prepare</li></ul>inventory/equipment's accordingly.<ul><li>Suggest improvements based on hands-on experience and day-to-day operational</li></ul>challenges.<ul><li>Provide inputs for operational planning, logistics and process enhancements.</li><li>Maintain checklists, event logs and inventory reports.</li><li>Track movement of equipment's and accessories in and out of the inventory.Skills Required</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over inventory, equipment and event</li></ul>operations.<ul><li>Excellent organizational and inventory management skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to work on-site during events, including extended hours when required.</li><li>Real time problem solving skills, especially in a live event environment.</li><li>Ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
