Role Summary:The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in supporting campus operations by efficiently coordinating administrative tasks, logistics, inventory management, and student service delivery. This position ensures the seamless functioning of LeapStart's day-to-day activities while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating an optimal learning environment for students.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Student Success Manager (SSM) with logistics planning, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and generating comprehensive operational reports.</li><li>Manage classroom and event setups, ensuring all technical equipment and facilities are prepared according to requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, resource utilization logs, and systematically collect and organize student feedback.</li><li>Provide frontline support during emergencies or student-related issues, following established protocols and escalation procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of campus initiatives and programs.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, educational materials, and technical equipment, placing orders when necessary.</li><li>Assist in organizing student engagement activities, orientation sessions, and campus events.</li><li>Maintain campus documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate with 1&ndash;3 years of administrative/operations experience, preferably in an educational setting.</li><li>Strong execution, problem-solving, and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational abilities with proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with operational management tools/software.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and external partners.</li><li>Willingness to work in a dynamic, student-centric environment with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities.</li><li>Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.</li></ul>Location: On-campus | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Student Success ManagerJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,420.11 - &#8377;28,885.39 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 1&ndash;3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in an educational or campus-based environment?</li></ul><ul><li>How comfortable are you with handling logistics, vendor coordination, and maintaining inventory or campus resources?</li></ul><ul><li>Can you describe a situation where you successfully managed multiple operational tasks under time pressure? Job Brief:We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with 1&ndash;2 years of creative design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a creative eye, and the ability to adapt across multiple platforms including digital, print, and UI/UX. Key Responsibilities: &#9679; Design engaging creatives for social media, branding, marketing materials, and campaigns.&#9679; Support in developing UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and applications.&#9679; Create visually appealing layouts and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.&#9679; Use Canva Pro for PPT creation and collaborate with mentors and tutors to design impactful presentations.&#9679; Work collaboratively with the senior design and marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity.&#9679; Research design trends and propose fresh, innovative ideas.Required Skill Sets &amp; Software Knowledge:&#9679; Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.&#9679; Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).&#9679; Strong experience with Canva Pro for fast, brand-aligned designs.
