Position Overview: 


The mission of the Production Planner is to be responsible for communication with the Customer Service Center and production. 


Main Missions : 

<ul>
<li>Control the Maintenance of the Article File as well as the maintenance of Schedule agreements (Especially the Bom Number explosion in the management of technical changes).</li>
<li>Control the proper processing of the Customer's Order received by EDI.</li>
<li>Control the visibility of the logistics chain.</li>
<li>Validate the weekly actualization of the Capacity Plan.</li>
<li>Lead the weekly PHM meeting.</li>
<li>Prepare and prepare the monthly meeting of the SOP.</li>
<li>Control the Integration of the Production Plan (Short Term and Forecast) into the System.</li>
<li>Control the boarding plans that must satisfy the Customer's orders on time.</li>
<li>Guarantee of production and delivery of the right references with the right quantity and at the right time.</li>
<li>Control production realization and KPI</li>
<li>Participate QRQC analyze</li>
<li>Validate and report analysis of Customer orders in comparison with the installed / demonstrated capacity in order to support the Management in decision-making.</li>
<li>Communication with CSC regarding order fluctuations (reduction and increase of orders).</li>
<li>Negotiation with the CSC of the delivery plan of the fluctuation of the order which takes into consideration the conditions of the factory.</li>
<li>Validate the Premium Documentation based on an obvious justification (Authorization Email received from the CSC).</li>
<li>Control of the stock of the finished product in order to avoid dead stocks / Obsolescence.</li>
<li>In the event of a plan to catch up on production delays, ensure that the necessary adjustments are reflected in the System.</li>
<li>Ensure that the implementation of change meetings and the communication of the remainder to be produced from the current level in order to move to the new level.</li>
<li>Ensure the communication of the remainder to be produced validated by the YMK team at the CSC.</li>
<li>Guarantee of the delivery plan of the remainder to be produced. In case of deviation, alert the Management in time to take the necessary actions.</li>
<li>Ensure that the System order of the new Project is maintained in order to order the raw material on time.</li>
<li>&quot;Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949), the application Lear procedures, the application of health and safety rules within the work area (ISO 14001 &amp; OHSAS 18001) and the 5S principles.&quot;</li>
<li>Continuous improvement activity and cost saving</li></ul> 


To be successful for this role :

<li>University Degree</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position</li>
<li>Knowledge in Supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and production planning</li>
<li>SAP knowledge or similar ERP system</li>
<li>Good knowledge of in Office tools (Excel)</li>
<li>Good analytical vision.</li></ul>

Our future Maintenance Engineer will ensures machinery, equipment, and facilities operate smoothly and efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and overseeing all maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, executing repairs, maintaining detailed maintenance records, and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and safety in industries like manufacturing, energy, and healthcare. 


Key Responsibilities:

<li>Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems, such as machinery, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting &amp; Repair: Diagnosing and resolving problems, responding to equipment breakdowns, and repairing or replacing worn parts to minimize downtime.</li>
<li>Maintenance Planning: Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, plans, and protocols to ensure equipment runs at peak efficiency and reliability.</li>
<li>Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.</li>
<li>Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict health and safety procedures during maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Coordination: Working with maintenance technicians, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul> 


Key skills and Qualifications:

<li>Technical university degree</li>
<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance in automotive industry is appreciated</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles.

<li>Bonne connaissance en SAP</li>
