As a member of the Program Management team, the Program Manager will be responsible for:</div><br>

Your work will include, but not be limited to:</div>

<li>Program Execution - Drive the cross functional team to accomplish product launch while utilizing Lear Program Management Process and disciplines
<ul><li>Run regular meetings with
<ul><li>Key Customer Liasons</li>
<li>Sales</li>
<li>Purchasing</li>
<li>Lead Unit Engineering</li>
<li>Plant Product Engineering</li>
<li>Plant Quality</li>
</ul></li></ul></li><li>Drive Accountability to the APQP process to assure the program launches with quality</li>
<li>Responsible to assure program budget requirements and financial returns meet or exceed Lear hurdle rates and corporate commitments</li>
<li>Run Management Gate Reviews in LearPro</li>
<li>Create Program Deliverable Timelines based on customer milestones</li>
<li>Be the face of Lear to the customer</li>
<li>Will report to Platform Director or specific OEM Customer Lead (Platform Manager)</li></ul><br>

<div><b>
Your Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering or Business</li>
<li>At least 5 years of automotive experience and firm grasp of APQP principles</li>
<li>Working knowledge of program and operational finance</li>
<li>Proven record of managing within cross functional teams and matrix style organizations</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically, with occasional international</li></ul><br>

Job Description</b></h2>

As a member of the Production team, the Production Superintendent will be responsible for the production department of their assigned shift, coordinating all activities related to the planning, directing, and overseeing of the production process. They will analyze the plant&rsquo;s personnel and capital resources to select the optimal strategy of meeting the production goals, reducing costs wherever possible, and ensuring products are produced on time and correctly.</div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the assembly of seats</li>
<li>Develop, plan, and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals</li>
<li>Prioritize, organize, and meet customer demands in a JIT environment</li>
<li>Oversee production tracking, quality controls systems, maintenance, and other operational reports to detect and resolve production problems</li>
<li>Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting and monitoring performance standards</li>
<li>Support training initiatives, standardization efforts, and special projects as needed</li>
<li>Primary work time will be spent on production floor leading the team</li>
<li>Flexibility with work schedule</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience Requirements</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>3+ years experience in Production function</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Previous Kaizen experience including leading a Kaizen event</li>
<li>Previous experience with launch of new programs</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li></ul><br>

Preferred Requirements:
</b></div><ul><li>Associate degree in business, operations, manufacturing, or related field</li>
<li>Knowledge of AS400 system</li>
<li>Knowledge of SAP system</li>
<li>Knowledge of Foundry (Palantir) application</li>
