This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate across departments to drive data-driven insights that propel our organization forward.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable data across multiple platforms.</li><li>Design and maintain data warehouses and databases using tools such as Oracle, SQL, and Big Data frameworks to support analytics initiatives.</li><li>Build and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes utilizing tools like Informatica, Talend, and Python to facilitate seamless data integration from diverse sources.</li><li>Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends for stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Lead projects related to data collection, database design, and Linked Data integration to enhance data accessibility and usability.</li><li>Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements on data systems while managing project timelines effectively.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive data analysis using SQL, Python, and analytics tools to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>Oversee data governance practices ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.</li><li>Provide leadership in cross-functional initiatives aimed at modernizing our data architecture and expanding our Big Data capabilities.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and performing complex data analysis tasks.</li><li>Experience with Tableau for creating compelling visualizations that communicate insights clearly.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ETL processes using tools such as Informatica or Talend to automate data workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with Big Data technologies including Hadoop or Spark for handling large-scale datasets.</li><li>Programming skills in Python for scripting, automation, and advanced analytics applications.</li><li>Understanding of Linked Data concepts to enable semantic interoperability across datasets.</li><li>Project management experience utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope.</li><li>Excellent analysis skills combined with a strategic mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Leadership qualities that foster collaboration across teams while driving innovation in data management practices.
