Role Overview 
We are looking for a Data Scientist focused on Marketing Analytics to elevate decision&#8209;making for the Marketing org. You will own the end&#8209;to&#8209;end analytics workflow&mdash;from data engineering and statistical modeling to experimentation and dashboarding&mdash;turning complex data into insight&#8209;rich narratives that move the business. Reporting to the Global Marketing Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with channel owners and cross&#8209;functional stakeholders to design tests, quantify impact, and surface growth opportunities at global scale.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supporting in building, automating, and maintaining self&#8209;serve dashboards in Amplitude and Chargebee covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue metrics.</li>
<li>Audit, refine, and evolve our current single&#8209;touch attribution model into a robust multi&#8209;touch attribution framework spanning paid media, influencers, organic social, SEO, and content touchpoints.</li>
<li>Design and execute incrementality tests (geo&#8209;split, hold&#8209;out, PSA, audience suppression) to quantify true lift of paid campaigns, influencer activations, product campaigns, etc</li>
<li>Develop statistically sound methodologies&mdash;propensity matching, causal impact, Bayesian hierarchical modeling&mdash;to measure the business impact of influencer programs (organic &amp; paid) and organic social initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with channel owners to translate insights into channel mix, budget allocation, and creative optimizations that drive efficient MAU, installs and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Conduct deep&#8209;dive analyses on customer cohorts, funnel friction points, and landing experiences to inform growth hypotheses.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines, tracking accuracy, and event instrumentation in Amplitude.</li>
<li>Communicate complex analyses in clear, compelling narratives to executives and democratize insights across Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Growth Data Science, or similar role at a high&#8209;growth consumer company.</li>
<li>Hands&#8209;on expertise with Amplitude and Chargebee is a big plus</li>
<li>Advanced SQL and data&#8209;wrangling skills; proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and experiment design.</li>
<li>Deep experience building and validating attribution models (last&#8209;touch, time&#8209;decay, data&#8209;driven, Shapley, Markov) and translating results into actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Strong background in experimentation and incrementality testing methodologies.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to quantify influencer and organic social impact using reach, engagement, and downstream revenue signals.</li>
<li>Excellent storytelling and visualization skills (dbt, Hex, Tableau, Mode, or similar) with the ability to tailor insights to technical and non&#8209;technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>

Role Overview 
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist II who is fluent in English to join our fast-growing global teams for Quillbot. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role supporting our international user base across voice, email, and chat. You'll be the face of QuillBot for many of our users, helping them get the most out of our AI-powered writing tools, resolving issues with empathy, and turning feedback into action.

Responsibilities

<li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction for QuillBot.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with customers through honest and clear communication.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to convert free users into paid customers through upselling strategies and retaining the existing premium users.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Keep customers informed about new products, features, and services.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their experience.</li>
<li>Engage with and manage community platforms such as Discord, app stores, Play Store, and Trustpilot to promote products and gather user feedback.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a SaaS-based product company with hands-on customer support experience (preferably in international voice, email, or chat support).</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li>
<li>Proven experience in B2B / team plan customer support, with the ability to manage complex, multi-user accounts and provide tailored solutions for business clients.</li>
<li>Outbound customer engagement experience is a plus, including proactive outreach to users for feedback, retention, and upselling purposes.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk is a plus.</li>
<li>Prior experience managing community platforms to engage users and promote products is a plus.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of AI language models and general technical know-how is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with basic troubleshooting for Mac and Windows platforms to assist customers with common technical issues.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.</li>
<li>Open to working night shifts and weekends, with scheduled week-offs.</li>
