Duties and Responsibilities&middot; Plan and prepare lessons in line with subject scheme, using appropriate teaching methods and resources.&middot; Draft and implement weekly and monthly lesson plans. Also, draft the schedule of activities.&middot; Have lead responsibility for the subject and develop plans which identify clear targets and success criteria for its development.&middot; Check and monitor students&rsquo; class work and home work, provide constructive verbal and written feedback and set targets for students&rsquo; progress.&middot; Support the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the coordinator &amp; class teacher.&middot; Copy checking on regular basis and ensure all copies are thoroughly checked.&middot; Prepare drafts of tests/exams papers and share with the Principal/SVP/VP for approval.&middot; Checking of all test papers/exams.&middot; Make effective use of assessments and ensure coverage of the required curriculum.&middot; Assess and record each student&rsquo;s progress through observation, questioning, tests and marks obtained.&middot; Use effective questioning techniques, listen carefully to answers given by students and provide clarity on the concepts accordingly.&middot; Preparing teaching aids such as chart papers, graphs, presentations etc.&middot; Organize and take part in extracurricular activities.QualificationsMinimum Bachelors Degree and preferably a Masters degree from any HEC recognized university.Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience as a subject teacher.Key Competencies:&middot; Thorough knowledge of the subject.&middot; Knowledge of relevant teaching methodology.&middot; Passionate to work with young children.&middot; Responsible &amp; self motivated.&middot; Strong communication skills (written and verbal).&middot; Excellent interpersonal &amp; organizational skills.&middot; Ability to follow directions.&middot; Patient &amp; kind towards children.&middot; Good work ethics &amp; standards.&middot; Able to work independently.&middot; Effective multi tasking and time management skills.&middot; Able to handle pressure and meet timelines.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Job PurposeThe HR Associate supports day-to-day HR operations across all campuses by ensuring efficient documentation, employee record management and managing response to employee queries. The role involves maintaining accurate employee data, assisting with HR processes such as induction and onboarding, contracts, correspondence, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities&middot; Employee Data &amp; Records Management: Maintain and update databases and organize physical/digital staff files.&middot; Onboarding &amp; Documentation: Manage ESS activation, issue contracts, onboarding communication, and HR letters.&middot; Coordination &amp; Administrative Support: Coordinate with HR for IDs, email accounts, visiting cards, and official directives.&middot; Employee Support &amp; Policy Guidance: Respond to employee queries and support implementation of HR policies and procedures.<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a well-reputed university.</li><li>At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (preferably in HR operations or administration).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in documentation, coordination, and basic HR systems/tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
